Processing Time
All of our products are made to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be designed, personalized (if applicable), and prepared for shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping
We currently ship to:
- Puerto Rico
- United States
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Estimated delivery times:
- Puerto Rico: 2–3 business days after shipment.
- United States: Delivery times vary depending on USPS and your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Personalized Orders
Many of our products can be personalized with a name, Bible verse, or special phrase.
Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
Tanamá Designs PR creates personalized products exactly as the information provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, Bible verses, or phrases submitted by the customer.
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Tanamá Designs PR is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will be required to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Tanamá Designs PR is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by USPS. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a USPS claim or determining if a replacement is appropriate.

Refund Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.

Personalized Products
Because most of our products are personalized and made to order, they are considered final sale.
Personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
- We made an error in the personalization or production.
Please review all names, Bible verses, phrases, and spelling carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
